Why include that the accounts have or need to be rested 48 hrs if they're hand done>?

    Just for security of the IP adresse change to maybe another state. :)

    Since some guys dont understand the fact of 48+ hours rested i will go in deeper:

    The accounts are created in --> GERMANY

    you will login maybe 2 - 24 hour after i finished it in --> USA

    I dont know if jagex is checking this but if so it can be banned for it!

     Im just giving it 48+ hours resting time!

    For customer and my security that all went smoothy.

    If someone has actually an information if this is needed or not let me know so i can remove it!
