Not much to be honest... It's in a bad state. Value comes closer to completion.

Maxed zerks take longer to sell than non-maxed. On PA I struggled to sell maxed zerks for their worth. I sold a 60 90 90 94 acc for a shortly less value and it sold within a week or so. It just has to be in a good state to be worth something E.G. 175qp, 94 mage + lunars.

On PA I got $200 for 60 90 90 94 (This was last year, not sure if value is still the same), I stopped making zerks as questing was generally getting more and more expensive and I weren't going to do it myself.  

 

I sold the maxed 60 99 99 94 for 275. So not much difference. The 60 90 90 94 was my account built for my amusement pking as it's a better combat level, I had offers from friends for 300+ for it but never took them up at the time as it was my baby.
