Having issues with downloading (Rar file)

I'm having the issue where, once trying to download the file, it just shows as a WinRAR file when opening it and I can't file the correct JAR file in there.

Has anyone experienced it before or does someone know how to fix it?

 

That's because you have winrar set to open .jar files by default.
