Hi guys, I have a 70 attack 85 str 40 def account. I do not mind spending some money on prayer pots for faster exp at NMZ. However, I am unsure of what my inventory setup should be (no. of pray, absorption and overload potions) and what prayer options in addition to protection from melee should I use.

I will be very grateful for all your suggestions and help.

Just wear full proselyte and bring around 8 overloads, a holy wrench if you have one, and fill the rest with prayer potions. No need for absorption potions since you're gonna be using prayer. Maybe bring a spec weapon like a gmaul or dds for whenever a power surge spawns for more exp/hr.

If you want to save money, use the rock cake and absorptions method, but this will be less afk.

as @Famoos stated aswell, but if you want to save a bit of money on prayer pots, then bringing a sara godsword and spec with it when the puwer surge spawns(gmaul is also useful)

I'd say it doesnt affect your xp rates at all, just the time you can spend in one dream

this and the possibility to AFK ( not needing to flick rapid heal every time ), prayer potions are better if ur on script imo, absorptions can be used if u go urself

Ahhh thx morocco! I am desperate to get my 99 str, so probably I shd try prayer pots !!

hey bro.

use absorbs and overloads and bring a rockcake. i have a pray flicker nmz that i'm about to post that you can use and its never got me banned before. nmz is pretty safe for botting as long as the bot doesn't reenter by itself. if you buy the potions and enter the dream yourself then you should never be banned at nmz. i go a step further and i drink the absorbs manually. the only thing the script does is flick prayer, drink overloads and use the rockcake.

i hope you achieve your goals fast bud, i know everyone has different tactics for NMZ but it's proven pray pots are slightly more xp\h / AFK, depends if u wanna pay attention or not. you'll probly pay 10m on pray pots and youll make alot back from the nmz points. totally worth it my friend.  Best of luck and regards,

@superuser Thanks man!!! Will definitely try it out later! Is retaking absorption potion when it is just under 100 a good strategy? And is getting it to 450 good enough?
