Tried to open .xlsx extension document which was e-mailed to me.But the document showing a warning message "Unknown format." Is there another way to open this doc? What version of excel are you running? Maybe the workbook is corrupted? You could try: File -> Open In the Open dialog box select the corrupted workbook.
