I asked for a person who could complete a specific task, it should be completed 100% not 80%.
I also stated that I wanted to receive a quote. Instead of asking me what I would pay.

As much as you need, at least a bond and enough to get you the supplies needed for the job.

EST GP needed 1-2M + Bond

I'll do this for 8m and an extra 1-1.5m for the supplies. Additionally, I'll probably also throw in Plague City to get to 15 mining then The Digsite for 33 Mining and then MLM the rest for 40 Mining. The Magic will take maybe 2-3 hours. For this Smithing I'll do The Knight's Sword to 29 and make iron and steel items the rest. The rest will be cake.  All in all, less than a day to do this so let me know.
