By this first part, you might think I'm stupid.

 

Additional notes: Firstly, it was my mistake. I thought he was selling 1 month Runescape membership pins for 2m, so I quickly got in contact with him. - http://prntscr.com/1mkr4e . Not realizing it was Xbox, I gave 2m to ScorpioZ. Cynical, gave me the pin (i thought was rs) and it didn't work when I tried to redeem it on Rs. At this point when I realized they were xbox, I asked for my money back immediately. 

Cynical claims that I used the pin because he tried it on his XBL account and it said it had already been used. I don't own an xbox.

 

Ok. Cynical claims to have bought these XBL pins from Amazon & he has all receipts etc. But my concern is that he's already used them, now trying to sell them on; EXAMPLE: (sells a pin, a customer tries to redeem, doesn't work, cynical tests on his acc, *says it's already been redeemed* That outcome is because Cynical has already used them. Secondly, it even says on his TOS (terms of service) http://prntscr.com/1mpukg . There is no proof that I (myself) redeemed that pin. Because I haven't redeemed it & I don't have an xbox. I really don't know what else to say.

 

Evidence: Not sure;s? ScorpioZ was MMing for us.

There is no proof to show that I redeemed the code. & There is no proof to show that Cynical didn't use these cards before trying to sell them.

 

Currently, ScorpioZ has the 2m cash.

 

I would like it back

There is no evidence to whether you have or have not indeed redeemed the pin, but there is more evidence to the fact that the pin is indeed real, you must be more careful and read the thread thoroughly before buying a product. ScorpioZ will have to give the money to Cynical.

This could have been prevented, if the MM checked the code. Now, we can't verify anything.
