[Suggestion] Add 'nowarning' to -allow

Featured Replies

1. A description of the suggestion

A value such as "nowarning" to add to the flag -allow  in which we dont get the override warning. The warning is a hindrance to many who use automation software (no pun intended) for controlling their farms, as the whole idea of automation is minimal to no human interaction. As everyone knows, farms primarily consist of very customized scripts which take advantage of the amazing features such as ability to override randoms.

Ideally this value would require -login -bot and -script to be set, otherwise the value ignore [ignoring the ignore, heh]. Having these prerequisites mean that there will be no human interaction required to get the bot started in the first place, therefore the client will continue to be human-interaction-free instead of requiring a click upon each start.

2. How will this suggestion impact scripters and/or botters?

Those who run an automated farm or even just decent sized farms with manual launching will benefit from not having to press a button on every client for scripts that override a random solver -- which is very common in scripts used for farming.

3. Post any examples such as code or pictures to supplement your description (optional)

-login usn:pw -bot modmark:yuuumburgers:1234 -script "McDonald's Burger Buyer" -allow nowarning

I certainly do understand why this was put into affect, as well as the restriction on override randoms in general. However, the userbase that utilizes random overrides has gotta be far larger than anyone could imagine and I cannot be the only one who has the distaste of having to do this for 100+ clients multiple times per day.

This suggestion i feel is nothing but beneficial as with requiring all arguments in which guarantee auto script starting will ensure users can't simply disable this anything they'd like because they don't wanna see it anymore.

If I do this I'll open myself up to bug reports of the client not working; unfortunately I don't want to ever be in that position again. It's annoying, but it has to be.
