"Scamming" On my Profile

So if you click on my profile it shows I've been given 10 warning points for scamming. Please can this removed ASAP. I've not scammed anyone whatsoever. I've been told that I was given it because another user has impersonated my Skype. I think this is completely unfair, can this please be removed.
