2. A description of the issue: 

As in title, the bot just ran the script normally as if there was no random event when Rick Turpentine was following my character for a minute or so. Luckily, I was babysitting and solved it manually. Wondering if it has happened before, but it seemed to run fine while I wasn't babysitting it the other day. Please kindly look into it and thanks for all your effort of creating and managing OSBOT!

It has only happened once while I was babysitting.

Not entirely sure, it was my first encounter.

Same thing also occurred for sandwich lady. Should I tick the box "Dismiss all randoms" in option to dismiss them automatically rather than just leaving them to disappear?

You need to select "Dismiss all randoms" to dismiss the random events, otherwise OSBot will not interact with randoms. Additionally, the error spam you're posting is an issue coming from your script on line 230.
