Contact your ISP and ask them to unblock imgur. Apart from that it's up to @Alek to fix the issue on the client

Contacting my ISP is out of question, its blocked in my country all together.

You could modify your hosts file to redirect imgur to your own site that will display a random image for whatever url gets thrown at it. You'll need to use .htaccess on your website (localhost should work tbh). But I suspect Alek may fix it soon
