I would like to know what the requirements are to start up your own Questing/ Powerleveling service must be? i would love to make one since i got a lot of spare time and would love to help the community

However, to answer your question there isn't any "real requirement" other than a TOS + OSbot's TOS to be added to your thread. When it comes to prices for things, it's completely down to you what you feel you want to charge - For example I do cooks assistant and a few others free and others charge 200-250K for them. I would highly suggest giving credit to people if you copy their details though, as it's been seen that people have actually reported others in the past for usage without permission. (I have reported someone once years ago myself, and they had to change their stuff) 

Other than that, i'm happy to try answer any questions you may require answering if I know a reply. I have been in the market for 5 years now, met many amazing people.
