Need a price check on 3m slayer exp.

Account is max combat, high lvl gear. How much would it cost to get me 3m slayer exp? It would also be of interrest, how long you estimate a service like this would take.

This topic is just to get an idea of how much it would cost. I haven't decided yet if i realy need the service.
