It will be tough to find someone willing to create/train that volume of accounts at those levels without botting it. You would be better off having them botted (because they will be either way, whether you pay for "hand trained" or not) with a 3-4 week day rest. If they have a delayed ban coming, it will happen within 1-2 days.

So I know only that I use proxy and I will lose 10-20 proxy after 5 $ ea.

But still it wont be your  ip being flagged if you log in 2/3 days later right?
