Client says im not VIP

The client keeps telling me im not vip and is terminating my sessions

Anyone know how to fix?

I'm logged into this account, but for some reason it says im a regular user

try to reinstall client and login again, make sure you are using the right details. also, if you just purchased the vip, there might be a delay. if not, I suggest going into chatbox to ask an admin or a dev. gl.

Sometimes if you just got VIP it can take just a lil while for it to kick in with the client. Usually it's instant though.
