The client keeps telling me im not vip and is terminating my sessions

Anyone know how to fix?

I'm logged into this account, but for some reason it says im a regular user

try to reinstall client and login again, make sure you are using the right details. also, if you just purchased the vip, there might be a delay. if not, I suggest going into chatbox to ask an admin or a dev. gl. :)

Sometimes if you just got VIP it can take just a lil while for it to kick in with the client. Usually it's instant though.
