When having a debit card and your bank account linked to your PayPal, if your PayPal has a balance, instead of transferring the money from your PayPal to your bank account can you just use the debit card and it will just take it from the bank first and then PayPal? or does it not allow it to do so.

I would think there is an option for this.

Try calling PayPal directly.

When your PayPal account balance is low, it automatically charges your debit card.
