depends on the stats, but my budget is €60,- unless i think it's something special, i'll up my budget

Not exactly what youre looking for since the stats are lower but check it

F2P pure i created. Fully quested attack from 1-40 cus i threw a bond on it when i first made it.

Str and range are optimized following the formula of:

ATK + STR = RNG or MAG (whatever one is higher) * 1.5

i have a lvl 60 or 61 i forgot , dont play on it much 

its 40 att 86 str and 70 range or 71 range
