If it is,

1) It's skype and it's not on the forum so unless it was harassment i.e doxing then we'd take action but you could just block him

2) We only warn/punish for offensive language if it's harassment on the forums and it's persistent and not in a trolly/joke manner and you have expressed clearly that you are not fine with it
