report gilgad/w22

Featured Replies

basically user gilgad bought a fcape service off me and he agreed to my tos as shown in the below thread, and then we got a mm to do the deal with

http://osbot.org/forum/topic/12630-chuma2s-firecape-service/

mm- w22

price - 5m cash

what happend was that i lost the pits and then as agreed in the tos of the time i then went to the mm and asked for the 5m-80k (the 80k being the refund ammount of 1 wave that went uncompleated)

then gilgad complained to w22 and eventually w22 decided that gilgad should get the 5m as a full refund

then w22 said that i agreed to his tos somewhere, this is the entire chat log, of the convo http://pastebin.com/ai854R5L

and unless w22 wants to provide proof that i agreed no cape = no gold then please dont make your own fantisy tos that no1 agrees to

i really dont want either of them banned, just my money for spending the last 2 hrs of my life...

edit: and now he gave me negitive fb when he scammed me......

You've been banned due to editing your T.O.S after failing a service and then trying to collect money that is not owed to you.
