(I'm needing around 90 qp) All needed skills will be completed pre-service (almost already done), the account is of a decently high level (70+ base stats), though no overheads. Not too bothered about particular quests generally, though we would discuss details on skype/discord.

On top of that, no one can work on the account every day for the number of hours we can, meaning we can get it done faster than anyone. Add my Skype.
