I think it would be lucky to get 20-30m unless someone specifically wanted a 60+ hunter with 99 fletching. I think the main problem is that anyone interested in buying will only want it for one specific skill that it has, so you may be better of selling it as just a 99 fletching account. Would probably get more if it was still lvl 3.

well i ruined the account back in the days, so best case scenatio, if someone really needs it
