Is it possible to unban accounts thats banned for consinuually chaniging hands?

as in it was a manual ban and the comment said "Account is heavily contested and swapping hands"?

if so, then no, not possible.

Although that usually works for botting bans that have received the bans on a diffrent IP than the creation IP. Never tried it for your sort of ban, never had such a ban either and I've shared accounts many times with friends and couzins playing and training them together even.
