are you sure thats the same acc? Because the appeal system takes up to 28 days and I doubt that they responded within 4 days of it sending one in

yes i checked whats accounts are goin with this email and only this and my main :D main its still up i dont bot on him so?

i mean, the account you recovered, is it the same login as the one you blurred out?

That's the account they're referring to.

When using that system the account doesn't have to be registered to that e-mail as it's just a contact e-mail you type in when you fill out the form.
