Also, don't tell me the bot is offline. Because I know it is. This CPU usage bug happens every time it is offline.

I know the bot is offline. I'm pointing out that something is going on inside the client which is destroying people's CPU usage. Please stop commenting if you're too illiterate to understand this.

cpo usage is 32% and considering asllother resources and javaw running is normal.

No, it is not normal. With one bot running my CPU usage is ~5%. With one bot running and server is offline, CPU usage is about 30-40%
