I'm trying to send a payment using paypal, but I keep getting an error that says "sorry, but we cannot send your payment right now", what does this mean? I've made very few transactions so far using paypal. I just received a payment now for selling gold, and I'm trying to use my paypal balance to send money to somebody else. Is there a time period I have to wait before sending the money?

Wait 10 minutes. Don't try to do anything on paypal, Then try again. If it keeps happening try deleteing and re-adding your credit card/bank account.

Great to see it resolve. I have the same problem, tried to delete cookies, but did not help.
