Bank called paypal and they keep me on hold and when i explain my situation there saying i sent it as a gift and that they cant refund it as the message says i payed for an existing service due to a lack of payment, so still on phone with them trying to argue my case.

Always charge things as a service and never as a gift when it's dealing with stuff like this.

its hard when i got s/s of a trusted guy untill now saying send as a gift witha  pre wrote message! How did I know he would exit scam at this moment in time
