Has anyone used teeth whitening kits? I used to get mine done for free because my dad owned a private practice but sadly not anymore, so i was wondering has anyone here used any they brought online or in a shop? and would you recommend it 

try swishing bleach in your mouth, don't forget to swallow

    Honestly, most of them are trash. Baking soda + water with your toothbrush like twice a week will help loads, if you can be bothered to wait a little while to see effects.
