i need to max my strength, any suggestions where i can run a combat bot for decent exp?

I trained at the spot when i was at 80 str and I was getting 37k xp in str/hr, barely had to eat any food.

I have 20 def, trained there til 99 str, only used around 1k lobs. Pretty sure zerks can train there, too.

well knowing uve quested so much on this account, botting shouldnt be ur first option

You should of botted before you got all those. That way if you got banned, then you didn't waste all those extra times.

 

Do you prefer no banking or banking?

Used Ande's bot at SoS level 30 zombies. Got around 38k exp/h when had ~75 strenght. Good choice.
