Glad to hear, I must suggest though that you take a greater approach in preventing any legal issues. ie. adding a tos page like mopar. I don't think a SDN is a good idea by the way, I believe the script developers should be able to implement their own script security methods. As for downloading/using scripts, that's not hard for a user to do.

^ terms do literally nothing at all... It is illegal to distribute any modificated client of jagex in any way. Writing scripts, developing own API is 100% legal though.

Incorrect terms off service can do something, it's illegal to access a site without agreeing to it, also we do have terms off service on OSBot.org

AFAIK a t.o.s is a service agreement, not a legal agreement.

Haha you really think you can host illegal stuff because of terms of agreement? 

Jagex has sued plenty of companies with multiple terms of agreements.

 

There is no way bot makers can 'deal' with legal issues. All they can do is ignore Jagex and hope they won't sue them. ^^
