long time rs player here, been inactive for a while due to sheer boredom.

found an old account of mine with 75 defence and 88 range, planning on getting it to 99 range with OSBOT, any suggested scripts?

depends on how you bot, what scripts etc... just don´t bot on an account that you care about! 

Nice find! I love when I discover one of my old accounts haha, I'd suggest getting 99 range in NMZ low ban rate
