So has anyone ever trained magic with absorbs/overloads ? just using firewave or something like that? if so what exp an hour would I expect to recieve with this method?

It'd probably be cheaper to alch instead of nmz training, but slower obviously.

I can't really say exact amount of exp since the majority of nmz is melee oriented videos so sorry.

My assume would be good experience, but at a high cost.

Might aswell just bot magic on hellhounds with highest fire spell, i did that from 75-94

Only reason i ask is because this is my main which i don't bot on and NMZ is easy AFK exp. Just curious to see how much better it is compared to like splashing the spell.

You could use salamanders, gets about 20k xp hour and cheaper than splashing

I'd just splash fire wave then if you are doing it legit.

tried this with near max mage using chaos gaunts & fire bolt etc, would barely hit over 40k xp/hr for memory, not worth it unless you're just gonna say fuck it and use fire blast or something

Oh fair, yeah doesn't sound like its worth it.

Stun alch or splash. That is all i have ever done to 90+ Magic! 

Doing fire wave in decent mage gear at NMZ should pull anywhere from 75-85k/h mind you I was doing it on a pure. If you're doing it on a main with high-max mage gear, you can expect probably 90-95k. It's pretty decent tbh and fairly cheap I guess. If you have the stats for MM2 though just burst the monkeys, 200-250k/h.

If you have the money I'd just burst monkeys.
