Key events duplicated

Featured Replies

1. OSBot Version (do NOT put "current version", be specific) 2.4.127

2. A description of the issue. Include relevant logs. No logs. When manually typing into the GE, each letter i pressed was submitted twice. EG typing "cat" outputs ccaatt. Restarting client fixed issue. Not sure if this is the same for mouse or other events.

3. Are you receiving any errors in the client canvas or the logger?  0

4. How can you replicate the issue? I started client, used osbot to login, then stopped script after it pressed login. Didn't happen after restart.

5. Has this issue persisted through multiple versions? If so, how far back? Current. Others have posted about it as well but i figured it was their script.

Can't seem to replicate this issue either.

For me, the issues occur when I toggle the logger and do some debugging [i.e. My Player Debug, and mouse trail], and start/stop scripts repeatedly.

Toggling the logger also makes 'disable input' not function as intended.

Hope this helps!

Still can't replicate. Operating system? Injection or mirror?

Operating System: OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

Injection or Mirror: Injection

If you want, you can team-view me.

I don't teamview, but I'll certainly keep poking around.

How do you stop the script? Using the buttons at the top?

Try using stop(); instead and see if it makes a difference.

Good luck!

This issue is very bad as i can't do anything without reloading the client every few hours and i use proxies so i have to carefully reload the client ip's while loading them. Client is literally unusable for anyone that attempts to use the bot for either shortkeys , ge or manual typing (in my opinion). Would love if the issue would be fixed in the coming update.

I'm aware of this issue, hence me posting on this thread five times. Please only post if you have something new to contribute, such as your own way to replicate the issue or a description of when the bug happens.

Well i literally just loaded my client and did nothing and it types twice , i can't even log on my acc using shortkeys. Possibly proxy related? I mean no disrespect sir , i just came from topbot and this is the first thing i encounter and for my personal botting style it's just impossible.

I don't think it's anyone's style to type twice :)

I'll keep poking around, I'm asking the devs what specific changes they had to make to the client for the 2.4.127 update.

Would appreciate it if you'd ask about the input bug and lowcpu issue while you're at it. (pls don't add me to ur new list for bothering you :boge: )

Try the new @Alek just pushed out. It seemed to have fixed the double input problem for me.

Good luck!

Strange, in the same area, a lot of the time the 'disable input' toggle does not work for me (roughly 90% of the time). I've noticed that sometimes after the disable input toggle not working, key events may be duplicated. These two issues seem at least tangentially related to me... At least stemming from the same update.
