Yeah, I know it's around that but when you are about to sell the account the 80m that you have paid for fire cape is not worth that much. Ofcourse, it will raise the account price if it has the fire cape - but think about this way, if you would order someone to make that kind of account from scratch - it would cost you much more than you would get when you are selling it.

But back to the fire cape, it certainly will give more wealth to your account.
