Should i 60 att Zerk or go for 75 attack? thoughts?

You can always turn your zerk into 75 atk and if you want to taste both 60 and 75 just make new 60 atk one if you have time for that.

Tbh it depends on what you wanna use weapon wise. But if you are gonna get 75 atk you are better off getting 80, a zerker can have 80 atk 99 str 45 def 99 mage/range/hp and 55 prayer and be 100 cmb
