Having their name crossed out which shows that they are banned. Went onto their profile and doesn't show anything to do with them being banned. Usually if you try to go onto a banned users profile it will say that you dont have permission to do this or whatever.

We just updated the Animate theme and that "Banned User" cross out was custom to that version of Animate, thanks to Alek who implemented it. We still have the old version of Animate available if you go to the themes switcher, but we are aware of this issue and are working on solving it.
