you make level 3 accounts ready to bot or accounts that are trained to what the customer wanted?

I get fresh account or accounts with some stats trained. then I level and quest to what the customer requests or the customer could give me money to buy a pin and for supplies + levelling/questing  and create their account from scratch :)
