Explanation: He sold me an acc few days ago but he said he didnt know account mail details so i only recieved login info. He said account was gifted to him from a friend who Stopped playing a while ago. Prior to selling he said he checked the login info and last login was 21 days ago. Today when i logged in to account 20M in items was sold out from the bank. Due to nature of the trade i was well aware of the danger of OO could do this but i just needed 5 days to make up the money i used to purchase the account just like i told him.  He is probably gonna deny it here but how likely is someone stopped playing who logged into this account logs in back 2 day after i recieve the account? Oh and also he removed me from his skype. He broke his promise not logging to the account.

I've placed @Dark_Mist in Trade with Caution, seeing as the account information was available to both of you two and potentially another, he will just have to refund you the 20M you paid for the account. He has 24 hours to do so or he will be banned.

I know i knew the risk but i was gonna goldfarm on it only so didnt care.I just needed 5 days to make 20M on it after that i didnt care it was recovered or bank stollen etc. I wouldnt even open dispute if i had like a week with the account. 

ok first of all I NEVER removed anyone from skype.. also I never even logged into the account after I sold it you, I even told you the account was given to me and I  couldn't change the email or password.

now countless number of people have access to due to the posts. so regardless if he lying or not. He paid to have has access to this account since I could not change the information, essentially is a free account if I were stupid enough to refund him since I cannot change or do anything. Do the Admins on this site have a screening process or they just pick any idiot to moderate the forums?

I'm not refunding anything you 15 year old tool.  I told him the risks when he purchased the account. So either Ban me, or Remove this TWC. this Site is jank enough without kid's moderating the forums.

Yeah, well you shouldn't have sold that account. You basically said that you got the account from a friend and that you were "assuming it is pretty safe" and "im pretty confident". Anyway, wasn't it a friend who gave you the account, so unless you or your friend is a scammer this shouldn't have happened. You trusted your friend not to scam, so that makes you responsible. Either way, it doesn't matter. Clearly this was an account loan, which isn't really allowed on the forum anyway, but selling an account that you know is going to get recovered is your fault, I don't know who you want to pin this on. You should not have sold the account period. Of course, Silver shouldn't have bought the account, but he's the one who got scammed here.

You clearly don't want to refund. You made a mistake, when you want to refund the 20M, you can refund him and appeal. For now, you will be banned.
