Question about putting PRIVATE script on the SDN.

I was told you can't sell private scripts, is it possible to put a private script on the sdn and put it so you can only let people that I let buy the script buy my private script and no one else can buy it without my permission. I want only a little bit of people to know this method and I also don't wan't it to be leaked.

think they might to be able to put it as a "stock" like the aio tab maker was "out of stock". but good luck
