when it closes you can see a new file on desktop, please delete it then

go to Start > Control Panel > programs and futures > then click on any file related to java and uninstall it.

when finished

go to http://java.com/en/ and redownload java on your computer.

before you uninstall java, i recommend you go to  c:\users\youruser\ and delete the whole osbot folder , delete client and re-download.

If this doesn't work, check to see if your internet connection isn't blocked by your firewall from making any outgoing connections (needed to access SDN scripts).

that would be helpful is he wants to access to SDN but he cannot even open client.

His internet connection may be interfering with OSBot loading the rs client.

please inform us about the out to come.

My bot closes alot too. It freezes then just sits there and stays on the red login screen and sometimes just shuts down all together.
