The Person @J Banco Scammed me for $45 USD On PayPal.

I was buying 50M Form the Person Banco

- I bought 25M A second ago from him, he told me he had more but clearly he scammed me.

He had made an appeal on the paypal transaction before i gave him the money. The money was taken back within 2 mins.

He scammed me!

While in the process of the second transaction he filed a dispute. FOR BOTH TRANSACTIONS! Thats why he didn't get the money.

Trying to charge back Payments to him since he didnt't deliver money, I'll close charges on PayPal if he pays the 50m or refund me.

@Ragme drop/cancel the dispute on paypal and once you've done so, @J Banco will refund you the $45 you've paid him. 

You both ok with that?

Deleted al charges may take a will to see effect.

@J Banco you have 24 hours to refund or give the gp to @Ragme since hes cancelled the dispute.

Its not showing that he deleted it. If he did then how do i even know that he won't do this to me again?

How about this, he gives you the gold back from the first transaction. Ill refund both the transactions then i receive the gold back. I do not trust him.

Once he's cancelled the dispute on paypal, he cant open another one. @J Banco add my skype and i'll take the gold from you or you can refund him via paypal.

@J Banco you have 5 hours to refund. I will also say that if you fail to refund @Ragme, payments that have been made to you by other members will possibly be charged back. 

User has been banned. However you may still get you money back, i'll let you know when/if you will .
