yes it is. all accounts that are being sold over this platform has been partly or fully botted
Mine by using private scripts.
If you want than you can make a down payment and we hold a 24-72 hour cool down
If nothing goes wrong than the account is yours and you make the complete payment else
If something would happen ( which wont happen ) than you receive a %100 refund of your down payment

I dont think people realise that if the account isn't banned, a botted account is just the same as a handmade account for all future purposes. Jagex can't a month down the line look at your acc and say it was botted.
