Explanation: @petalo123 made a deal with a customer to train 90-99 dungeoneering. After a payment of 144,5M was made he started the order and traind aprox 152K dungeoneering xp. when those gains has been achieved he had to do rush floors from 1-29. But Petalo refused to do this and told the customer that he needs to rush the floors by himself. this wasn't the deal, because Petalo123 had to achieve 90-99 dungeoneering for this person. Because @petalo123 refused to train any further untill those 1-29 floors where rushed, The customer decided to ask for a refund and cancelation of the service since @petalo123 refused to train any further. As Marketplace mod on Rswinkel.nl i talked with @petalo123 about this and he keeps refusing to finish the order or refund the customer for the xp's that hasn't been traind.

Some other side-note:

@petalo123 was a worker for my service. i gaved him 3acc's to train/get some stuff on. And without any warning or talking to me/client he past those acc details to some random person that he knew from Runescape. what results in a plunder of all those acc's est value: prox 50M 07. After i've been aware of this i asked petalo to refund me this 50M because it was his mistake to let some random person on the account. He refunded me the total cash  aprox 50M and all things where good. I also kicked him from my service due breaking some rules. Once he noticed this he asked the 50M back and keeps saying that i've scammed him. further more is he telling people that we use bots and are not safe to use.... This is some kind of blacking i asume?

I had some issue with a worker that made a mistake and the client had a 2days ban for macroing. But this was solved with the client as he received a full refund of what he paid for.
