After this the user has stopped replying.

 

I've placed @rskingp in TWC and asked him to respond here as to why he hasn't responded/paid you.

@Vap0r can you please post which skype account you traded with? + Add me to the pm.

@rskingp has provided proof that he was speaking to an impostor @Vap0r on Skype, likewise to Vapor speaking to an impostor rskingp. 

Unfortunately since rskingp's account was not compromised, he will not have to refund. I'm sorry for your loss.

 

Just as a tip to avoid this type of scam, when a user verifies from Skype through PM, make sure to have them copy paste the Skype chat logs, and make sure chat logs match up exactly with whats said + time stamps.
