so just need little help im trying to get 99 defence with whip,fury,berserk ring,dharok pl8 and legs but max exp i get is 65k per hour,my str is 80 using overloads and absortion...what monsters is best to use? thanks

Try using full dh / absorb method which is suppose to be pretty good 

Bouncer, tree spirit, khazard warlord, greater demon, count draynor - there the 5 i use

Maybe use the moountain daughter monster if you have that quest done, and Me from lunar diplomacy i think is good for points

65kxp/hr sounds about right for your strength and setup
