Obviously it'd be worth something cause the optimization is high when changing the accounts status to maybe a range tank, etc..

I think it'd be best if the buyer were to specify the skill additionally.
I more a less want to sell a 40 defence account in future, if i'm bothered maybe do skilling on it for a much higher price.
