[API Suggestion] Inventory -> containsAll() & getNotContains()

Featured Replies

NOTE:  Please dismiss the other 2 threads that were created, accidentally tabbed then pressed space a few times and it posted threads.

1. A description of the suggestion

        A containsAll method which will return true if the inventory has all the item names/ids provided, false otherwise.

        A getNotContains method which will return the items in a List<String> in which the inventory does not contain.

2. How will this suggestion impact scripters and/or botters?

        For scripts, just built in methods instead of having to write it themselves.

3. Post any examples such as code or pictures to supplement your description (optional)

	public boolean containsAll(String... names) {
		for (String item : names)
			if (!inventory.contains(item))
				return false;
		return true;
	}

	public boolean containsAll(int... ids) {
		for (int item : ids)
			if (!inventory.contains(item))
				return false;
		return true;
	}

	public List<String> getNotContains(String... names) {
		final List<String> list = new ArrayList<String>();
		for (String item : names) {
			if (!inventory.contains(item))
				list.add(item);
		}
		return list;
	}

Not particularly a bad idea, however it's just adds to the OSBot bloat. You can use the FilterAPI to do just this.
