OSBOT site glitch that says im banned

Anyone else experience this? Sometimes when I open OSBOT in my browser it says I'm banned and I cannot access anything. It refers to "Alek" giving me a warning point back in 2015 for spamming. 

Either everyone goes through this 'glitch' or I'm just special..

The warning I have from him from 2 years ago is actually on my profile. It says it's a 1 point penalty and yet I have 0 warning points. So I must ask, can a admin or someone with enough power just remove that warning in general ? Perhaps it's causing me glitches ?

Only 1 warning? Noob. They expire after some time but still show on your profile (only you and I'm guessing mods can see them too). 

As for the banned issue I have no clue. Maybe you're using a VPN that has been IP banned or something?
