So he's reselling proxies on the same IP ranges that are being used by hundreds of botters all over this forum, im not saying his intentions are bad but if the same IPs and ranges are botting constantly it is an obvious red flag for jagex and an easy block.

You're better off getting services from a starting out business that is doing their best to gain and maintain new customers than a large organization that shifted their focus to minimizing expenses because growth became tough

P servers have better support/security than jagex, doesn't make them better than rs though
