The registered email address is a real gmail I created for the purpose of the Runescape account. 

No bans/warnings. The account is not BF ready.

Would 99 smithing increase the price at all?

you would need 100 post count to sell an acc but i think there was a guy selling 95+ smithers for 20m+ last week

The account has lasted 4 months without a ban. I use a private script I created.
